ASSOCIATE ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

We are currently looking for a VOLUNTEER Associate Artistic Director! The Associate Artistic Director serves as a key member of Studio Theatre Worcester's artistic leadership team, supporting the Artistic Director in advancing the organization's artistic vision and strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Artistic Director, the Associate Artistic Director provides leadership across productions, artistic initiatives, and organizational planning while developing the skills and experience necessary to assume increasing artistic leadership responsibilities over time.

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

We are currently looking for a VOLUNTEER Volunteer Coordinator! The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, engagement, and retention of volunteers across Studio Theatre Worcester’s productions, events, and community initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Education and Community Engagement, this role ensures that volunteers have meaningful, well-organized experiences that support the Theatre’s mission while building a strong and sustainable volunteer community.

EDUCATION COORDINATOR

We are currently looking for a VOLUNTEER Education Coordinator! The Education Coordinator supports the development, coordination, and delivery of Studio Theatre Worcester's education programs. Reporting to the Director of Education and Community Engagement, the Education Coordinator helps transform the Theatre's educational goals into meaningful, accessible, and engaging learning experiences for students, artists, educators, and members of the community.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteers are crucial to non-profit organizations and the impact you have is monumental. While these positions are unpaid, volunteers often receive other benefits such as tickets to shows, swag, etc. as well as connection to the STW community.
